LFWrap is an executable wrapper for creating DreamWeaver style lock files for other editors. LFWrap is written in C , and is cross platform (Windows and Linux tested). For Windows, shell extensions can be installed which allow you to use the right-click context menu to check files in and out just like you would with DreamWeaver.
Changes in Version 1.1:
- Added "put" command to copy a file's contents to all other associated files as defined by sites.conf.
- Added "get" command to retrieve the most recent modified date of all files associated with a file, then overwrite the current file with the newest file associated with it.
- Added "checkin_dir" command to clear all locks under a directory by a user, and prompt if other locks were found.
- Added "install_shell_dir" and "uninstall_shell_dir" commands to add shell extensions for the "checkin_dir" command.
- Added "-v" command for outputting version information.
- Added Windows shell extensions for "get", "put", and "checkin_dir" commands.
- Fixed some potential Windows compatability problems.
- Fixed bug when checking out files under subdirectories that do not exist in analogous sites.
- Fixed up the include defines to be internal to the header files instead of being so needlessly ridiculous, and cleaned up some of the other header files so they weren't so messy.
- Recompiled for Windows, with debug mode off and with speed and size optimizations enabled.
- Fixed all files to be in UNIX mode instead of some being in DOS mode from editing the code in VC .
